MV Power Cable with copper tape screen

1. Application: Primary power and distribution circuits in industrial and commercial installations. Power circuits in generating plants where line to ground fault current are within shield capabilities. May be used in wet or dry locations, installed in cable trays, raceways, duct and open air, aerially or directly buried as permitted by NEC.

2. Structure:

Conductor: single conductor, annealed copper or aluminium conductor, class B;

          longitudinal water-resistant yarns between the interstices of wires is optional.

Conductor screen: Semi-conducting compound

Insulation: TR-XLPE

Insulation screen: Semi-conducting compound

Metal screen: copper tape, with thickness of 5mis (0.127mm)

Jacket:: PVC or LLDPE, black color.

3. Standard: UL1072, ICEA S-93-639, ICEA S-94-649

4. Voltage: 5KV, 8KV, 15KV, 25KV, 28KV, 35KV, 46KV, 100% and 133% insulation level.

5. Working temperature: Max. conductor temperature at normal operation: 90℃

6. Minimum bending radius: 20XOD of cable
