The 3 wires are with same structure: PVC insulation and nylon jacket, just with different working temperature:

THHN: in dry locations only not exceed 90°C.

THWN: in dry locations not exceed 90°C, and wet condition not exceed 75°C.

THWN-2: in either wet or dry applications not exceed 90°C.
