When can I have the quotation?  Normally, we will quote you within 8 hours. For very complicated cables, and more items, you have to wait 1 or 2 days more.

Can I have a sample? Yes, sure, Pls leave your address and contact information, the sample will be sent to you by DHL or Fedex.

What is your paymen terms? Normally, 30% deposit, and balance before the cables leave the factory.

How do you control the quality? Before the production, a sample or technical specs will be sent to the client to confirm; During production, we inspect every process; Before delivery, the test report of completed cables and pictures of cables&package will be sent to the clients to check.

What is the production period? Normally it takes 4 weeks. During peak season, it will be longer.

How long is the valid of quote? Normally 7 days. The price will be higher if you ask for longer validity, as the copper&aluminium material price change everyday.
